The Statutes of SwedenBIO

SwedenBIO offers membership to life science companies and their partners in three categories. The categories are full member, associate member and affiliate member. The common denominator for all of our members is the drive for an internationally successful life science industry in Sweden, financially sound and based on advanced research.

Full membership is available for companies and associations with at least 10 full-time employees (FTE) in Sweden that are involved in research, development and production of goods and services, based on or used within life sciences. Full membership gives the right to participate, make statements and vote at SwedenBIO meetings.

Associated membership is offered to companies with less than 10 FTEs within Sweden and gives similar rights to participate and make statements at SwedenBIO meetings.

SwedenBIO also welcomes affiliate members and important partners such as banks, venture capital and other service providing companies to the life science industry.
